I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Right from check-in, the room was a letdown. There were cockroaches crawling around, which is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue multiple times to the staff, but no action was taken at all. It felt like they just didn’t care. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided for handwashing — a basic necessity that every hotel should offer. The TV in the room didn’t work either; it had no signal the entire time, making it completely useless. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and unresponsive service made this stay incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be coming back.

Poor room maintenance and even they won't provide complimentary water as well. everything is chargeable. Ac is also not working properly and there is full dust on the beds, there is no landline available to contact reception we personally went down to the reception and informed about the dust on bed they recklessly said we want to adjust and clean our own beds and they are calling those rooms as super deluxe rooms. Most of the bedsheets are also damaged which are provided by them. They will also lock the main door at the entrance after 10:30pm or 11pm which is quite not good for the guests who went out and reaches to hotel finding they can't open the door to enter, no security guard available.

Rooms are not clean, bed sheets seemed to be not washed as wellas the single towel provided was already used with lipstick or some kind of red marks on it. AC was leaking, mosquitos and ants were there and made it hard to even spend the night, Overall the room was okay but not clean, setup box and wires were hung and not placed properly, there were smoked cigrates in the washroom. Not even drinking water was provided, got the handwashing soap after calling for it twice. They said all our delux room they call are full but we'll give you super deluxe which at the price of deluxe, which didn't seem so. Hope they could improve!

The service is very slow. We went in a group of 11 people from NIT KURUKSHETRA by 2.30 PM. They served the main course at 4.15 PM. The theme of the hotel was musical but the music system was not working 🙄. The food was tasty as we tried both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. By the time we visited, we were the only customers, so we enjoyed 🤠 a lot. The location is good, as it is near Divine. The cost of food per person amounted was 450 per person even if we were in a group of 11 people, so the price may vary based on the number of people and the choice of options i.e veg or non-veg. Overall, It was a good 👍 experience.
