Although the hotel is a bit old, the service was absolutely top class. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with lots of extra information, which made our Agra visit much more efficient. Aman, their travel partner, was also extremely helpful and arranged a comfortable ride back to Gurgaon. Location-wise, this is one of the best hotels at a very reasonable price. It has the highest rooftop closest to the Taj Mahal, offering an amazing view. We upgraded to a Taj View room at the time of booking, and the view of the Taj Mahal from the room was truly breathtaking. The hotel is very family-friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.
