Rooms are dirty, congested, even they refused to provide towels and other bath accessories. Staff is very uncoordinated and specially manager during day time duty is very uncooperative and ill mannered. Overall worst experience to stay with family.

Pathetic experience overall. Frequent power cuts occurred more than five times during the night, and the DG backup was not functioning. Good thing is the hotel has underground car parking.

I had a very disappointing stay. I got an electric shock from an exposed wire, the water pressure in the tap was very low, and the bedsheets and towels were of terrible quality. On top of that, the table and chairs were covered in dust. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were very polite.
