My stay at Hotel President, Madurai was disappointing. The room was not maintained properly, cleanliness could have been much better, and the bathroom needed attention. The service was slow, and the overall experience did not match the price paid. I hope the management improves housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service so future guests have a better experience
