The hotel didn’t quite match the expectations set by the photos. The overall condition and appearance were not as good as advertised, so I wouldn’t rate it highly based on that. However, the service was genuinely impressive — the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. They also offer some really good tour packages, which added value to the experience. With some improvement in maintenance and presentation, this place could be much better.
