Beautiful house boat and very friendly, good behaviour staff

Wonderful experience staying in Pride of India. The hospitality is awesome. The rooms were neat and clean. The food was freshly prepared. It was tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in HouseBoat Pride of India.

Beautiful houseboat to stay in Srinagar, for a 10 days stay for me. Near Ghat 1 and always available, the family is particularly welcoming and makes you feel at home. We spent several evening talking with them and it always was a pleasure to share our experiences. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of the night and freshly cooked. I’ll remember this houseboat as the best part of my trip in India, thanks again to the family!

The houseboat pride of India is a great place to stay. The owners and caretakers are very nice and helpful. They also have personal contacts from whom you can do your shopping economically. Food is also excellent and value for money is good. The place itself is very quiet and serene away from the main city, filled with flora and fauna around you. Altogether, it was very hospitable and homely along with a peaceful ambience. The setup itself is very romantic and the caretakers take care of your safety and security. You will also get a luxurious feeling at a economical price. Must place to visit and stay.
