Rooms were neat and clean. The Bathroom was also good but some repairs needs to be done. There was no restaurant open , i dont know if this was because of the LPG shortage. Parking is available, Staff was super friendly.

Worst service: they have generator but the dont want to switch on even when the power is off for 1 hr. Taps leak. Windows in bathrooms broken where its visible to outside crowd. Water electrocuted in bathroom. Once guest come in than someone goes and get soap for them for 30 mints. Noone will assist in carrying luggage to the rooms . None of them are serious about thier work. All the previous reviews are fake reviews. We also opted for this one based on these reviews. The rooms are expensive even than the service is very very poor. The floors are mopped with dirty cloths which is leaving the floor still unclean. If the owner of this property Avinash is seeing this message please contact me or please ensure hour staff treats customers like humans. They are having fun even when they see customers here frustrated . They wave thier legs and watch the customers talking and yelling at them as though they are least bothered.

Good morning mam, 1. Location excellent. Walkable distance. 2. Property has ample parking space and open area( with garden) to play. 3. Staff is very good and supportive. 4. Property is properly constructed and ventilated. 5. Rooms are various configuration which meets the requirement of family. 6. My room 114: was having some issue. 7. Commod was moving from tiles 8. Commod seat were broken and not fitted. 9. Faucet was not working. 10. Food we did not try. 11. Tea was fantastic but little strange to see the cups provided. Tea came in have more kulfi cup which we did not like it. 12.sink area was not having lighting 13. Toiletries were not refilled.

Excellent location between Grishneshwar and Ellora caves. Other than this rest of the services are non existent. Not value for money !! No restaurant, no room service not even a kettle in the room !! Only good thing is outside the room the spacious lawns. Agro tourism is a misnomer. We stayed in rooms other than the cottages and this feedback is only for these rooms. To the property owner: Location advantage is not being leveraged by providing value for money to customers !!
