We stayed at this hotel on the 8th and 9th of May 2025. The location is truly amazing — right on the highway with a beautiful river flowing just across, and only 2 km from Mall Road. Our room was spacious, and clean, and had an attached balcony with stunning views of the river and mountains. While we enjoyed our stay overall, I did have to request some basic essentials like drinking water and an additional bed, even though the booking clearly mentioned the number of guests. It would have been more convenient if these had been arranged in advance. That said, it's a lovely place to stay when visiting Manali, especially for its scenic location and comfortable rooms.

NOTE: *DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOUR ARE WILLING TO SPEND PEACEFUL VACATION* Unethical Behaviour with Guests, the Housekeeper literally started to fight with us for asking for a spoon,glass & plate for eating.The kitchen guys were so misbehaved that they started coming upon us to fight for the same like as we are taking there plates back with us to our home or something Service was very poor, Room was unclean. They didn't even clean the washroom properly. The geyser was not working. Room service not available at all everything we used to go down & ask them, they start shouting at us.Lights were not working only one single dim light was working. All our trip was so good but just because the wrong choice of hotel made our trip so miserable.
