Bilal bhai(owner of this stay) is an amazing host. You will get an exceptional service and hospitality here. Though food is not available but tea/coffee is there round the clock. I highly recommend this stay as a budget and economical option.

The House boat room was excellent, with a beautiful view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying here whenever you visit Srinagar. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the city.

This homestay is a hidden gem located right on an island in Dal Lake. The interiors are incredibly luxurious, providing every amenity you could need, while the views from the windows are simply phenomenal. ​The experience starts perfectly with a complimentary Shikara ride from the ghat, and "Chacha" was exceptionally humble and down-to-earth. The food was a highlight—tasty, healthy, and prepared with less oil and spices, making it feel just like a home-cooked meal. ​A huge thank you to Mr. Bilal for his prompt service and professional care; he truly made the stay seamless. I will definitely live here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Srinagar!
