If you want to risk your Holiday with worst kind of service then go ahead and book your stay here. Our travel dates were : 8-12 June for 4 nights. Looks like they are more than happy to take the tour operators bulk bookings rather than a single family visiting. Paid steep prices after looking at its 4 star rating and the only hotel out of their 3-4 hotels which has an elevator. This one doesn't even deserve a 2 star rating. Pathetic service, reviews mentioned good food everywhere, but it was ok to be fair. Rooms are decent. But thats about it, nothing else do inside their 7 floors hotel building. Its more like a business hotel than a holiday stay.

Wow, my experience here was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were incredibly cozy and sparkling clean, making my stay super comfortable. ✨ The service was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful! 😊 Plus, the location was just perfect, so convenient for everything I needed. Highly recommend! 💖 The main highlight is their food which is purely veg, and this is a very break through for us , and food is so lovely and so dissent in all Udaan hotels,

The reception and service are excellent. The hotel's location is superb, situated right next to the railway station. There is also a mall located right next door. Regarding the restaurant: the service is poor. One has to wait a long time to receive a dinner plate, and glasses for juice are often unavailable; during breakfast, one has to go searching just to find a glass. Water is not kept on the tables, and tissue papers are also missing; one has to constantly chase after a waiter to get them. The number of waiters is insufficient, and there appears to be a lack of effective management planning. The live music during dinner was a delightful touch; the singer had a melodious voice. The food itself tastes good. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant.
