We booked this hall for our engagement well in advance, around August 2025. At the time of booking, we were informed that a room would be provided only for the bride, and that if the groom required a room, it would need to be rented separately. However, when we made the food payment in February 2026, the management informed us that their policy had changed and that they would now provide separate rooms for both the bride and groom, along with an additional storage/utility room for our use. On the day of our engagement, a room was provided for the bride as promised. However, instead of providing a guest room for the groom, we were asked to use the utility room. Unfortunately, this room was not suitable as it did not have an AC or even a ceiling fan, only a small wall-mounted fan, and the room size was approximately 6 × 8 feet. This is not about the cost of the room. I could have easily booked a room for ₹10000 if needed. In fact, after being asked to use the storage room, I went ahead and booked a separate room in the same hotel. The main concern is that a promise was made to provide separate rooms for both the bride and groom, but this commitment was not fulfilled on the day of the event. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members was not very courteous, which was disappointing. That said, I would like to highlight a positive aspect: the food and food service were excellent and truly worth the price. I sincerely appreciate the quality and service provided in that regard. My only request is that any commitments made to customers should be clearly communicated and honored, as it greatly impacts the overall experience.
