Rooms - Average in compare to its cost. Service - Worst service ever imagined. They even not clean the room if you not request them. Location - Only if you travelling to Puri without any senior citizens with you. Else it will be a disaster for you. Once you step out from Hotel then it will be impossible for you to travel back with any short of 4 wheelers. Since the location is very close to the Temple everywhere you have the entry/exit restriction. If you really wish to stay near to the temple then I would prefer to take Niladri Bhakta Nivas or Nilachal Bhakta Nivas. Where you can have the option to show your booking confirmation to the police stops so then can allow you to get you in if you are travelling from a 4 wheeler. No AC in the waiting area which is really disappointing in this burning humidity. While asking we came to know that the AC is not working. Pls make this destination is your last choice.

I must share this review as requested by Hotel. They charged 7500₹ for less than 36 hrs stay in hotel. They started calling "ID-ID" , the moment we reached hotel , as if they are missing some flight, without asking about the journey Now comes to the facility - 1. During my stay 5 times power cut was there which is of 15-20 min duration and they probably wait for some customer to call to switch on generator. 2. By the end of the day escalator also become out of use. 3. I ordered tea coffee without sugar and to my expectations ,for this they offered with sugar. 4. The Agarwal's has 100 yrs of this business, shops , restaurant and hotel all run in single building by the same management (rather mismanagement). 5. The only goodness I was expecting about the hotel was near the temple but to my surprise there are many stays even nearby whose entry is not from basement (as The Agrawal Pride) has. 6. Rooms are big but the cockroachs are there furniture was old. Even they have chimney in the room without any kitchen set up probably there one may burn their hopes of a good stay. Note : The only goodness I found is the helping staff is polite.

Hotel Agrawal Pride is a very nice pure-vegetarian food option located right near the Jagannath Temple. The interiors look great with well-maintained walls, clean tables, and comfortable chairs, and the food itself tastes delicious! However, the entrance is situated slightly underground, which made it a bit confusing to locate at first. The only major downside was that the service was quite slow, and we had to wait a very long time for our food to arrive. Overall, it's a good place for a meal if you don't mind a bit of a wait. 🍛✨

The hotel location is very close to the temple, which is the only major advantage. However, the rooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic. It may be manageable for solo travelers without much luggage, but it is very inconvenient for families and children. Vehicles and cabs are not allowed near the hotel, so guests have to take an e-rickshaw from around 500 meters away to reach the property, which becomes difficult with luggage. The reception being located in the basement also feels uncomfortable. It is better to book a hotel slightly away from the temple area where proper vehicle and rickshaw access is available. Overall, not recommended for families.
