Very disappointing experience. We visited with high expectations, but the service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The food quality was average , and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. Would not recommend based on our experience.Poor service as before getting us the food they are telling us the price as if we are unable to take the value. Over priced things were placed there gently just to showcase their beauty. Very cheap ettiquates.

We checked in on 12th June 2026 for a three-night stay and are very disappointed with the service. For the last two days, breakfast has not been available as per the scheduled timings. We have had to repeatedly follow up, and even then the menu served was incomplete. The food quality is below expectations. Additionally, the lift is not working, and no staff member is responding properly or taking responsibility for resolving the issues. Overall, this has been an unsatisfactory experience.
