I have stayed at this hotel numerous times this year. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with good resturants very near by and a resturant on the rooftop. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chandigarth.

This hotel is a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the price. If you're visiting Chandigarh with your family, friends or for a vacation, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The biggest issue is the pricing. Compared to other hotels in the city, this property is significantly overpriced, while the overall experience is no better than a basic 2-star hotel. The restaurant, operated separately under the name "Bali," is another major letdown. The menu prices—whether for snacks, tea, or meals—are comparable to those of a luxury 5-star hotel, but the food quality is nowhere close. In fact, it was one of the poorest dining experiences I've had. Avoid the breakfast at all costs. It feels more like a forced community meal than a proper hotel breakfast. The selection is extremely limited, usually consisting of a small plate of fruit and just a couple of low-quality dishes. Even basic hospitality is missing. We requested something as simple as an empty spoon, but it was refused. Instead, we were told to place an order from the restaurant, where almost everything costs over ₹500. Overall, this hotel offers poor value for money, disappointing service, and overpriced food. For the same budget, you can easily find a much better 4-star or even 5-star hotel in Chandigarh with superior service, facilities, and dining. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 12 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. • Misleading room photos: The room was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The bathroom was poorly maintained. • Unsafe amenities: The electric kettle was giving electric shocks and it was stinging. After I requested a replacement, I was given another kettle with the same problem. • Poor maintenance: The flush plate was faulty, the flush button kept getting stuck and even fell off several times. • Serious hygiene concerns: The toilet seat was leaking throughout my stay. I had to call the plumber almost every day, but the repairs were only temporary, and the problem kept coming back. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. • Non-functional room bell: The room bell was not working, making it inconvenient whenever housekeeping or staff needed to reach the room. It added to the overall poor guest experience. • No breakfast variety: I booked the room with breakfast for 12 days, but the same breakfast was served every single day without any change. Even a little variety would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel failed to provide the quality, hygiene, and maintenance that it advertised. I expected a much better experience for the amount I paid, and the repeated maintenance issues made my stay frustrating. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed..

The service at this hotel is absolutely outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, this hotel offers a better experience than many 5-star hotels I have visited. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I am completely obsessed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay! ❤️🏨
