We had an amazing stay at Kostamar Resort! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful ambiance and clean rooms to the excellent service and delicious food. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely like to visit again. Highly recommended!
On 05/07/2026 There was Very bed Experience for food at this hotel... Food timing as well service and Specialy Staff behave at Restaurant is very poor... It's request to find any Chain hotel Rather then this kostamar Beach Resort We also find a Good hotel for the stay but Payment for hotel is worth less... No Words... Trip got fail...
Just a one day stay, but it left a lasting impression. The place has a beautiful calm to it - clean, well-maintained, and with an ambience that instantly makes you want to put your phone away. A perfect little retreat to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
We recently organized a picnic at Kostamar Beach Resort and Spa, and it was a wonderful experience for our entire group. The food was absolutely delicious, and special thanks to the cook, Mr. Mahendra Vaja, who prepared very tasty dishes and made the meal memorable for everyone. The entire picnic was very well managed by Mr. Vijay Jakotra. He was extremely supportive and ensured that everything was arranged smoothly throughout the event. His coordination and helpful nature made the experience even better. We would also like to specially mention Mr. Akshay Solanki, who provided excellent service and was very cooperative with all our requests. Overall, the staff at the resort were very humble, polite, and friendly. Their hospitality and support made our picnic enjoyable and comfortable. We truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend Kostamar Beach Resort and Spa for group outings and events.
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended We had a very pleasant stay at Kostamar Beach Resort and Spa. The property is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the swimming pool area is especially nice and relaxing. What truly stands out is the exceptional service. Every employee we interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. The staff consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of, which made a big difference to our overall experience. I would also like to specifically mention the front desk team for their responsiveness. I requested a room change due to an issue I was facing, and the staff handled it very professionally and promptly. They immediately accommodated us and moved us to a much better room, which we truly appreciated. Special Appreciation for Security Staff A very special mention goes to the security guard on duty, who deserves sincere appreciation and recognition. After a long and tiring journey, I accidentally locked my car keys inside the car. The security guard spent nearly an hour patiently helping me, trying multiple ways to resolve the issue. When it became clear that further help was needed, he personally coordinated with a garage professional, who arrived quickly and safely resolved the situation. Throughout the entire process, the security guard was calm, friendly, supportive, and extremely kind. His dedication and willingness to help went far beyond what is normally expected, and he truly represents the spirit of excellent hospitality. He absolutely deserves recognition and appreciation from management.
