Dear Hotel Turquoise Management, I stayed at your hotel on **4 August 2026. Unfortunately, the room quality did not meet the expectations for the price we paid. The room was not well maintained, and the overall experience was disappointing. We are not happy with our stay and expected much better service and facilities for the amount charged. We request you to look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. We hope you will take our feedback seriously and improve the guest experience. Thank you.

Washrooms are not clean, basic amenities like soap, bathroom slippers or dental kit is missing. It seemed like they simply gave room which was recently used without checking. You also don't get green tea pouches you just get 2 coffee poucher near kettle. This hotel feels more like budget oyo hotel trying to just survive.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I checked out within 10 minutes of entering the room. The room had a strong damp, musty smell that made it extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible stains, foul-smelling towels, and an unpleasant odor coming from the water. The bed sheets, pillow covers, and blankets were all dirty and had a stale, unpleasant smell. I immediately called the reception and requested a room change, but they were unable to accommodate it. Instead, they offered to replace the bed sheets and blankets. Unfortunately, the replacements smelled just as bad as the original ones, making the situation no better. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and failure to resolve the issue made this a completely unacceptable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my experience, this is the worst hotel in Chandigarh.

I saw the hotel online and called to confirm the price. Ms Pooja insited on arriving at the hotel and confirmed the price. Upon reaching the hotel, the behaviour of the staff completely changed. The front desk team, including Ms. Pooja and her manager, refused to honour the online price that had been confirmed and suddenly demanded a much higher amount. From my experience, the staff blatantly lied about the pricing on the call and do not honour the rates advertised online once you arrive at the property. This is not only highly unprofessional, but also borderline fraudulent, especially when dealing with guests travelling with vulnerable family members. On these grounds, I strongly do not recommend Hotel Turquoise Chandigarh to anyone, particularly families or anyone expecting honest, transparent, and respectful treatment from hotel staff. The best part I have the recording to prove that their management including the manager and the women pooja they were lying.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience staying at Hotel Turquoise on 9th April. Based on the photos and highly positive reviews shown online across platforms, the hotel appeared to be a great choice, so I booked two rooms for approximately ₹8,000–₹9,000 for one night (around ₹4,000 per room). However, the reality was completely different. I was travelling with my wife and my three-year-old daughter, along with a friend and his family, and the condition of the hotel made our stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning. Although the entrance looked decent, the rooms allotted to us (Room No. 511 and 512) were far below expectations and did not match the online ratings at all, making the reviews seem misleading or even fake. The washrooms were in extremely poor condition—dirty, with continuous water leakage from the WC, and poorly maintained bath areas. The towels were unhygienic, and basic amenities like bath kits were not properly provided. The bedsheets and linens were also unclean, and the overall maintenance of the room, including wall paint, was substandard. When we first entered the room and saw the poor condition, I immediately requested the front desk to change the rooms. They assured us that the rooms would be changed, but no staff came to assist even after repeated follow-ups. I called the front desk two to three times over 15–20 minutes, and each time I was told they were busy checking in other guests and asked us to wait. After nearly 25 minutes, a staff member finally came and showed us another room on the third floor, but unfortunately, that room was in a similarly poor condition as Rooms 511 and 512. Adding to our concern, there were 3–4 young men loitering in the balcony/passage area, smoking openly. When I asked the staff whether they were hotel guests or staff, I was informed they were guests. At that moment, it genuinely felt unsafe, especially for families and women, as we were travelling with our wives and a small child. The air conditioning was another major issue; despite multiple attempts to switch it on, it only worked for a few seconds. Even after informing the front desk and being told it was fixed, there was no proper cooling, and the room felt suffocating even after waiting for over an hour. Additionally, the food experience was equally disappointing. The restaurant menu was overpriced, and the dal tadka (₹425) was not only insufficient in quantity for two people but also extremely oversalted and lacking in taste and quality. Due to these unacceptable conditions and safety concerns, we had no choice but to check out within just 1.5 hours of checking in (around 8–8:30 PM check-in and leaving by approximately 10 PM) and had to search for another accommodation late at night with our families, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful. Despite leaving early, the booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable, resulting in a complete loss of money for a stay we could not even use. Overall, it was a terrible, uncomfortable, and concerning experience, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
