Room are ok and the staff is friendly and the good polite nature good for family and friends good experience Staff talking is good and friendly type by managers it all good provided sevice . Over all best experience And best maintenance they are providing good service on time and 24 hours service in night time also without delay by providing service and picking calls Good to stay and clean nature and good daining in food they are getting out side food not getting ready food in this hotel but they are bringing food on time as well as good tasty they are collaborating with good hotel it tastes nice . . . 1) The booking experience with fab hotels is worst. A guy named Aakash Srivastav, contacted me as experience manger and negotiated the price with me over call and what's app and confirmed. However once i reached the hotel, this guy did not receive my call and the receptionist denied any booking through fab hotels and insisted I should book it directly on the spot at the avaliable prices. So please dont trust the online booking system as this hotel is a cheat. 2) Its not a hotel and the pictures on agoda and booking.com are all AI pictures. Its a service apartment where 4 rooms of a flat are rented out to customers that too at a high price. 3) We booked the room ( including breakfast). They provided a very average breakfast( arranged from a local nearby shop). However at the time of checkout, they demanded extra cash for tea, coffee and milk served during breakfast and we were forced to pay rs 200 extra for tea, coffee and milk. This was not informed during the booking and till date I have not come across any hotel which does not consider tea and coffee as part of breakfast and charges it separately. 4) They are even charging for bottled drinking water separately (although on various hotel booking sites, its mentioned under basic amenities). They are not transparent at all and only upon check out they will tell you that bottler water is chargeable without ever giving option of normal water. 5) Rooms are average. Housekeeping is done only upon request. The first room which we were alloted,the ac was not working. The towels they provided looked worn out and uncleaned as it they are just drying the used towels of guests and giving for re use. The toiletries provided are of cheap quality. 6) they don't have flexible check in and check out time. Not at all customer oriented or friendly. They are not leaving any opportunity of extorting money from customers by fooling them with unclear terms and conditions purposely not clarified during the check in. 7) the front office staff name Anusha is a highly arrogant lady, who doesn't hear the customer and during check out when we asked for bill/ invoice, she refused to provide one. This hotel is even cheating on government by charging gst with us but not paying to government. Overall a very bad experience not a value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tirupati and would request government to take strict action against the owner and impolite staff of this hotel and the fab group

Good hotel and decent hotel staff. Problem is with FAB. Never pay them via WhatsApp or online. they trick you with advance payment and lock you. You are required to pay 20% to 30% extra for the room you booked online. The call will connect immediately if you want book, but will never connect if you need support on existing booking. For extra payment, they will say they will credit it back post checking booking information...but they never do that. Again, Hotel is amazing if you book offline with them....if you book with FAB, it is a hell

The stay at FabHotel was amazing! The rooms were very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were polite, quick to respond to help and made check-in easy. Great location with easy access to major areas. Value for money. Definitely recommended.
