I have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past two years, and my team also chooses this property frequently during our visits. The staff, rooms, and overall experience have generally been very good, which is why we have continued to return. However, my latest experience was quite disappointing. After checking out today, I received a call from the Duty Manager stating that a bath towel was missing from my room. As a long-term and repeat guest, I found this accusation very disheartening. A hotel should verify such matters thoroughly before contacting a loyal guest in a way that may imply responsibility. While I appreciate the need to track hotel property, the approach taken left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued despite years of patronage. I hope the management reviews how such situations are handled in the future, especially with returning guests who have consistently supported the hotel.

Excellent stay, freindly staff, clean rooms. I visited with my family to write an exam and therefore it was a short stay. All the staff were professional and very courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The tv was great; glad to see that they upgraded to smart TVs and I was able to watch a bit of Netflix. The bathrooms were clean and spacious however one thing I would have preferred was bigger dispensors of shower gel and soap. That is a feature I've seen in club Mahindra resorts but I believe that would have sealed the deal and made this a 5 star stay. The food was excellent. The quantity was great and the prices were palatable for the quality provided. The hotel seemed empty during our stay but that only made our stay feel more premium. Covered car parking would have been good but it's understandable. The approach to the hotel is through a mall complex which brings down the overall experience, but that is only a small critique for a hotel which definitely surpassed expectations. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Kurukshetra.
