This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owners (a husband and wife) run the place and they are incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The lady behaves like a rowdy.We checked in late at 1 AM and had to check out by 10 AM. They threatened us that even a 1-minute delay would result in a full day's charge.The room was a nightmare. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and not cleaned at all.And AC did not work at all. When we complained, they told us to wait 30 minutes. We waited for 2 hours in the heat, but it never cooled. When we asked again, they rudely argued with us, claiming it worked fine for previous guests.The TV doesn't work, the hotel entrance is very dirty, These people will get you food from outside saying that they have it prepared in the hotel please don't waste your money. Please do not post fake reviews, because of these fake reviews that I booked the hotel and wasted my money.The photos on Agoda are completely fake and do not match reality. We paid for breakfast through Agoda, but they refused to provide it. They did not even give us a basic water bottle. Zero hospitality. Do not trust this hotel, it is a complete scam!

Stay was terrible here😔 Their tarrif for a day is 2000/- which is way too higher than the amenities and facilities they provide!!! I have checked in at 11pm night and in the morning went for Ganga snan, when I came back from snan the hotel owner's daughter asked me to check out at 10:30 am sharp, she told that first you check out then only you can go for darshan, which clearly proves that they have no etiquette and manners, They have not given a single bottle of water to drink or any soap !!! I will never book this hotel for sure and ask everyone not to book 🤬🤬🤬

We stayed from 4th October to 6th October at this place. The rooms are on the 2nd floor,and the stairs are very high. But that is very common in Varanasi. Room,washroom was clean.All amenities were available. As we always drink packaged water during our tours,we used to buy water-bottles from here only. Food was really nice. Room service available. We have no complaints. Only problem we had,was a minor misunderstanding regarding dinner on 6th October. We had placed our order for dinner at noon only, but somehow they forgot. But that was a very minor issue,which was solved by the authorities ASAP. Apart from this,we have no regret for booking this place for our stay at Varanasi. Location is too good. Dashaswamedh ghat is only 3-5 minutes walk.So one can easily reach the ghat during Ganga-Arati.Nandi chowk is 8mins walk. Assi ghat is 33mins walk. Gate no 2 of Vishwanath temple is about 6 mins walk only.Manikarnika ghat is approx 30mins walk. (Yes,we walked to all these places). If you don't want to have food from the hotel itself,there are loads of options,you just need to go downstairs. If we are going to visit Varanasi again,we will be staying here for sure. P.S- Pushpa tea stall (downstairs) sells one of the best Malaiyos in Varanasi.

Despite negative reviews on this hotel, I booked this one through a online hotel booking app for 3-night stay in Varanasi. The location is undoubtedly superb. One can easily reach Dashashwamedh Ghat by only 2 minutes walking from this hotel. One can try local foods from different food stalls and outlets which are almost adjacent to this hotel. One can reach Viswanath Mandir Gate-1 by just a minute of walking. Hotel staff are very cooperative. The owners are responsive too. We have ordered dinner from their own kitchen which were actually delicious. The room is perfectly fine for two persons. Amenities are at par with the booking app descriptions. One has to cover 700-odd meters by walking to reach this hotel from car parking area. But this is common scenario for all hotels and lodges situated near Dashashwamedh Ghat. Now come to the points where we have faced difficulties. The intercom telephone was out of service. In the final day of our stay, the hotel authority have forgotten to serve us pre-ordered dinner. However, this hotel is absolutely perfect for families and the persons who love to spend in holy Varanasi.
