it's an excellent hotel, with a good ambience, neat and clean, well maintained property at a very good location with reasonable tariffs, The food in the restaurant is also tasty. it's near Balaji bus stand and the advantage is easily accessible to shuttle between Tirumala and Tirupati if you do not have an accommodation in up Tirumala. I must mention that the staff's behaviour is excellent and humble, thank you.

I had booked 3 rooms during 2nd week of June, but had to cancel 2 of them due to a death in our family. I informed the hotel and they were quite professional with processing the refund. My relatives who used up the remaining 1 room said they had a comfortable stay and food. It’s quite centrally located in Tirupati and is very convenient. Thanks

Great location ,good atmosphere, great staff.The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from check-in. The room was very nice , most friendly and helpful receptionist Mr.Ganesh , travel desk( Sri Balaji Tirupati travels) staff Mr.Jagdish was very helpful who guided and supported us all the time to various places and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We are very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. We will definitely recommend 👌.

Hotel Janas is conveniently located with easy access from the main road and is close to Alipiri. The hotel offers decent parking facilities for guests. We stayed in connecting rooms, which were very convenient for our family. The rooms were spacious enough, equipped with king-size beds, and were clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were also neat and hygienic. Complimentary amenities such as dental kits, towels, and two bottles of Bisleri water were provided. The reception staff were very helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with any requirements. The hotel also has a multi-cuisine restaurant. We tried the veg fried rice and dosa for dinner, and both were delicious and well-prepared. The complimentary breakfast included idli, vada, pongal, dosa, and poori. The food tasted good, but the service was quite slow, which was a little disappointing. A buffet breakfast setup would be a better option as it could save guests valuable time in the morning. Overall, we had a comfortable stay with clean rooms, good hospitality, and tasty food. With some improvement in breakfast service, the experience would be even better.
