Our recent stay at Jai Mahal Palace was truly exceptional and memorable. From the beautiful heritage property to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Satish (house keeping) Sunil, Madan, Bhabhesh, Aslam, and Abdullah ( marble arch ) for their outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our stay. They were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience even more special. The overall atmosphere, food, service, and comfort at the palace were absolutely wonderful. Stayed 8th-11th. Party of 12, across four rooms. Had a lovely stay. The hotel is a royal family property run by the Taj. Has beautiful lounges, corridors and rooms. Rooms were great. Breakfast, and in-hotel dining was great. Italian was exceptional. Cocktails were on point too. Thoroughly enjoyed! All-in-all, we all thoroughly enjoyed. Couple of mild complaints: 1) gym cardio equipment is a little dated and could do with an upgrade. 2) not trying to be controversial but the rooms aren't very soundproof. This means that depending on where in the property you stay, early morning Islamic call-to-prayer is heard from your room and can wake you up.
