Extremely disappointing experience — absolutely unacceptable! I booked this resort expecting a clean and comfortable room, but as soon as I entered, I found far too many bugs/insects on the bed. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel room, especially when guests are paying to stay there. What made the situation even worse was the response from the housekeeping staff. When I complained, I was simply told that “bugs are common here.” Seriously? What kind of response is that? Bugs on the bed are NOT something a guest should be expected to accept just because they are supposedly “common” in the area. Instead of apologising and immediately arranging a proper solution, the staff acted as though this was normal and nothing could be done about it. If bugs on the bed are common, then the resort should be taking extra measures to prevent them—not using it as an excuse. Very poor hygiene, very poor handling of a genuine complaint, and an extremely unprofessional response from the staff. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic cleanliness and proper hospitality

Good taste of food , goan fish thali - and other varieties food with low cost, rooms are available..
