The stay was decent overall. The rooms were spacious, but there were a few insects and bed bugs, which affected the comfort. The washroom was clean and had ample space, although the tap in one of the booked rooms wasn't functioning properly. Also in one of the rooms Fan had some issue. Parking is available outside the property, and its location near a hospital makes it convenient for travelers. The location of the property is one thing which is a big thumbs up. Food is also available for breakfast starting close to 8

Hotel is very much hygienic, one room ac was not working and other room fan was not there, hotel is not easy to find as its inside from road no clear direction mentioned. Reception was not there at 11 PM until called, and water was given in jar instead of packed bottle.

We all stayed here for 10 days and we didn't feel we are away from home very thing was very well organised and the service was super Rakesh ji was really helpful and also a kind hearted person the way he treated us felt like we were special and he took very good care of the team. Just one thing need a good internet speed.

We booked this hotel one month in advance and even paid the advance amount. Two days before check-in, we called to confirm all details and everything seemed fine. But on the actual morning of check-in, when we reached Jaipur and called the staff, they said the room was full and acted like they had no record of our booking at all. We were left stuck with no place to stay in a new city—it was extremely stressful and difficult for us. Completely unprofessional and no responsibility from their side. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience!
