Stayed here for 2 nights. Had a peaceful time. The staff were very polite. Food also tasted good, we reordered it again the next night. We had a flight early in the morning, Nitesh took responsibility and the staff packed us breakfast at 5 am in the morning and helped with the luggage too. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Aurora Darjeeling Grand for two days and had booked 4 rooms. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. All the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention for Mr. Nitesh, who took great care of everything and ensured we were comfortable at all times. His support and hospitality were truly commendable. We genuinely appreciated the warm service and had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
