Avoid at all costs! The manager is incredibly rude and single-handedly ruins every guest's stay. We paid a premium for subpar, overpriced rooms. To make matters worse, the service is non-existent, the washrooms are filthy, and the in-room fridges do not work at all. This place deserves zero stars.

Perfect for families! Just back from a 5-night stay with our two kids and loved it. Check-in was super quick, and the staff even gave the kids welcome activity packs. Our family suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The kids spent hours in the splash pool, which was well-supervised by attentive lifeguards, and they had a blast at the kids' club. The breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of options, including a fun, kid-height station for pancakes and fruit. Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and welcoming to the children. Highly recommend for a stress-free family vacation. We'll definitely be back

Highly recommended for families!Had a fantastic stay at Hotel City Centre with my family.Rooms were spacious, pristine, and well-equipped.Staff were remarkably courteous and helpful throughout our stay.Food at the restaurant was delicious with plenty of kid-friendly options.Location was decent and safe for family walks.Everything about our stay was exceptional. A big thank you to the management team!

The staff’s behavior was excellent, especially that of Brajesh. However, the food quality was poor, and the prices were quite high for the limited and substandard options provided. Basic amenities such as hand wash and tea bags were also not available. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
