I had a very disappointing experience with **Mayda Prime Hotel**. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I requested the hotel to accept my cancellation. Even after speaking with them personally and explaining my situation, they were completely unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist. Because of the hotel's lack of cooperation, my trip agent was also unable to process the cancellation, which caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. A little understanding and customer support could have resolved the issue, but unfortunately, the hotel showed no concern for their guests. Good hospitality is not just about providing rooms—it's about treating customers with empathy and professionalism. Sadly, Mayda Prime failed on both counts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects customer-friendly service or flexibility during genuine emergencies. Very poor customer support and an extremely disappointing experience.
