Very near to the main road accessible, great view from the roof top

This hotel added unnecessary charges and provided incorrect check-in and check-out times upon arrival. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was unprofessional. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel—one of the worst experiences I've had. Definitely not recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two days with family as part of our Tirupati temple visit. Below are my comments about the property and service. The property is good and clean, but the service was very poor. Breakfast was included in our package, but it was not provided. When we inquired about it, even the room boy did not give a proper response. Overall, the service was very bad. The rooms were good since the property is new.
