Staying at this palace (this is a palace for real) was the best decision we made. I am mightily impressed with their hospitality. Each and every staff member was genuinely courteous and willing to help proactively. Right from airport pick up in a clean luxurious vehicle and the boat trip for the last 15 minutes was awesome way to reach the palace. They have been very helpful in getting us around places we needed to get in Varanasi. I would love to repeat this experience.

Located right on the ghats, the palace offers breathtaking views of the Ganga, and witnessing the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti from the property or by boat is an experience I'll never forget. The palace itself is beautifully restored, with elegant interiors that reflect the rich history and culture of Varanasi. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. What made our stay truly exceptional was the hospitality. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. The property also offers beautiful cultural experiences, including Bhagavad Gita recitations and evening activities that make you feel connected to the spiritual soul of the city. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, and every meal was a delight. Brij Rama Palace perfectly blends luxury, heritage, and spirituality. This luxury place on ghats is amazing. The hotel keeps you engaged with multiple entertaining programs during the day. Ashutosh, and Cecelia at the reception were great. They are decision makers, pleasant, and prompt. Rudresh, in dining area was a good presence and is attentive to every detail. Chefs Arif, and Meera were excellent in their cooking and demeanor. There were other great people too like Sourav, Sandeep, Manpreet, and lastly Mr. Yadav as security. It is important that Brij Rama takes initiative that this beautiful ndian hospitality will never turn into greedy servility. Overall, we have enjoyed the stay and would plan to come again.
