I had a great stay at Zostel Manali. The location is excellent, the property has a beautiful ambience, and the overall infrastructure is well designed. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also met one of the community volunteers, who shared some amazing recommendations for nearby offbeat places that I probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

I had a great stay at Zostel Old Manali. The property was very clean, well maintained, and had a great vibe. The location is amazing close to all the attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. A special thanks to Timish Bisht, the Community Manager, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. Had a wonderful experience at the Zostel Cafeteria! I tried the masala tea and paratha, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and even get some work done while soaking in the vibe of Old Manali. A special thanks to Mr. Manoj Thakur DC for always making us feel so comfortable like home. He also went out of his way to share helpful information about places to visit around Manali. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in or around Old Manali — a must-visit for good food, a cozy atmosphere, and genuinely warm hospitality!
