Excellent Stay at Madurai Residency I had a wonderful stay at Madurai Residency during my visit to Madurai. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to visit major attractions like the Meenakshi Amman Temple and nearby shopping areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the overall experience even better. Overall, Madurai Residency offers great value for money with its excellent location, comfortable accommodation, warm hospitality, and quality service. I would happily recommend it to families, couples, and business travelers visiting Madurai and would love to stay here again in the future.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Usually, bad impressions come after the stay, but here, poor service started before. Phone responses were unprofessional; calls were disconnected when asking about facilities, and they invited us to visit or book without proper assistance. Rooms were very old but ok , lacking basic facilities for drivers. Food was average; even roadside shops are better. The only plus is the location. Only book if you're a bachelor and getting a good offer; avoid if you're a family. The hotel should improve by training receptionists to be polite and responsive. Thanks and sorry.

This hotel is in 200 mtr vicinity of the Madurai Junction station. One can walk with the luggage between hotel and the railway station and to the restaurants near by for meals. Hotel is decent. Bathrooms could be better but hot water was there so no complaints. Rooms were clean but only one chair kept in the room which makes it difficult for two people to eat together. The floor seemed a little non-clean. Staff was quick to response and helpful. Location of the hotel is it's USP. One gets auto easily from outside the hotel. We did not try food here as other popular restaurants are nearby.
