I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the food and the staff. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Whenever I ordered anything, it was delivered within just a few minutes, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, and the overall experience was amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

The property is aesthetically well-maintained, and the food quality is commendable. However, considering the pricing, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Additional parking charges, the absence of basic in-room amenities such as tea sachets, and the lack of a balcony in the family room affected the overall comfort of the stay. While the ambiance is appealing, improvements in facilities and service standards would better align the experience with the price point. There is no simple bucket and mug facility in washroom, which is needed for children as shower always is not manageable. Managers felt rude as soon as we arrived the reception. Even the wiring of electric equipments is risky. The blade of ceiling fan used to brush false ceiling, due to which we had to switch off the fan and rely entirely on AC. Food though tasty, is of limited choice and the pricing is high. BUT TEA was excellent. The hotel charged separately for parking, which was unexpected. The overall guest experience reflects a greater focus on beautification than on essential comfort and service standards

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Hotel Humming Bird, Rishikesh We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Humming Bird Rishikesh for two days with our entire family and cousins, and it truly turned out to be a memorable experience. The hotel offers beautiful, well-maintained rooms, a prime location, and delicious food that made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to Mr. Pramod Mehra, who manages the property and also oversees the kitchen. He is absolutely fantabulous, extremely humble, and goes out of his way to ensure guests are comfortable. His personal attention to food quality and hospitality really stood out. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Rakesh for his excellent service and prompt arrangements. His dedication and polite nature added great value to our experience. The warmth, hospitality, and professionalism of the entire team made us feel at home. We genuinely had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rishikesh with family or friends. Looking forward to visiting again!
