Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The beautiful natural setting created a perfect escape from chaos of daily life. The food was absolutely delicious , with the mutton dish being a standout—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The tea and coffee were equally delightful and added to the overall experience. What truly made our visit memorable was the warm hospitality. The staff and manager were exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to guests' comfort made us feel genuinely welcome. A perfect blend of great food, serene surroundings, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
Best place to be in Kaziranga - The food is freshly sourced and cooked authentically. They make yummiest Assamese cuisine. They stay is cozy , extremely well maintained, clean - hygienic . Entire Resort is covered in beautiful flora . They have a bon-fire spot that can host a big group together. Tree houses to just chill watching the lush green around it . The resort itself is situated at a very nice spot just in-front of a green Mountain. They Also offers Safari Inside the National Park .. We always have the best time there and we keep coming back to see the owner and have a good time . Pal Chetia ( amazing host & friend) .
I recently visited here. The property is really beautiful, full on nature vibes. It was raining throughout when we visited, so the paths to our cottages were muddy and had the propensity of skidding. It is surrounded by jungle so at night you will hear various sounds of different tiny animals and insects. We saw so many fireflies. The rooms were clean, but since its around jungle so be aware of insects. The cottages are really beautiful inside and outside. Food is tasty but expensive. Do not order meat as the pieces and price will not match. Order veg or Chinese food for a full meal. Good luck.
Recently visited this resort. We really had a great time there. The food was also very good and homely. Dont expect a typical restaurant/cafe style food here. The chicken dry fry is a must try! The staff was also very kind and prompt. Very well maintained gardens that are just a treat to the eyes. Make sure you have your necessary things handy cuz shops etc are not available nearby.
I had a really disappointing experience at this resort, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. The staff at the counter, especially the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. No smile, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no sense of how to treat guests. Hospitality clearly isn’t their priority. Even simple guest interaction felt uncomfortable because of their attitude. The service was just as bad. They do not allow food in rooms and don’t even provide proper in-room dining options, which is very inconvenient. Late-night enjoyment is completely restricted—no parties allowed, and the restaurant shuts down strictly at 10 PM. Even after requesting, they refused to extend timings. On top of that, they don’t allow guests to enter after 10 PM, which is unreasonable and was never communicated beforehand. Morning tea was another letdown—no snacks, not even a basic biscuit. When asked, the staff casually said they didn’t have any. This level of service is unacceptable. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was overpriced, served in very small portions, and had no taste at all. For the price they charge, the quality is extremely poor. What makes it worse is that none of these strict rules or limitations were mentioned before booking. Had we known, we would have never chosen this place—especially for an important occasion like a birthday. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this resort to anyone. Note to the owner: Please improve your service and maintain basic quality standards. Most importantly, train your manager on how to behave with guests—basic manners and gestures go a long way in hospitality.
