Location is very good and It feels like a private haven away from the city chaos, yet it's conveniently accessible. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. It featured a comfortable bed, a private balcony with a pool view, and all the essentials.

Not Worth the Price Tag Azzaro is a passable option at best, but the rates are simply not justified given the quality of service and overall experience. First impressions matter — and this one disappoints. The reception and buffet breakfast area have no air conditioning, which is a serious oversight in Diu's sweltering June heat. Not the welcome you expect after a long drive. Service & Staff — The Biggest Letdown Understaffing is clearly a problem here. Housekeeping and F&B are stretched thin, leading to delayed and sluggish service throughout. Breakfast was particularly chaotic — buffet counters were not being refilled on time, leaving guests waiting or going without. Most of the staff lack basic hospitality training and unfortunately it shows in their attitude and responsiveness. Facilities — Hit or Miss The game zone is largely non-functional with several items broken or simply unavailable — a big disappointment if you're travelling with family or kids. The pool, however, is a genuine highlight and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious, which is a plus, but the bedding is outdated and some linen had visible stain spots — unacceptable for the price point. The Bottom Line If you're considering Azzaro, go in with lowered expectations. The pool and room size are decent, but poor staff training, no AC in common areas, and chaotic breakfast service make this a hard sell at their current rates. There are better options in Diu for the same or slightly higher budget.

We visited this resort in Diu for a weekend getaway with our cousins, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well kept. One of the highlights was the large swimming pool, which was clean and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient and adds to the overall appeal of the property. The only downside for us was the food. We did not enjoy the taste and felt there is room for improvement in that area. Apart from the food, everything else was excellent and made our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was definitely worth booking, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Diu.
