My heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at ITC Mughal, Agra, for making our stay truly memorable. From the warm smiles at the entrance to the professionalism of the front office, the attentiveness of the restaurant team lead by the two most loving gentleman Mr. Gajender and Mr. Bhim along with their team. The exceptional culinary creations by the most happening chef at the resturant Mr. Shaktik and his team. The courteous housekeeping staff led by Mr. Sunil at ITC section 1 and the ever-helpful security personnel. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality and a commitment to excellence. What impressed me the most was not just the luxury of the property but the humility, warmth and sincerity of the people who bring it to life every single day. Such impeccable service and gracious hospitality are what truly defines the ITC experience. Thank you for your kindness, dedication and for making every guest feel welcomed, valued and at home. We stayed in the hotel for a couple of days and enjoyed every moment of it. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping is perfect and room service is great too. Food spread is varied and deliciously out of the world. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food covering all spectrums of the world. The chefs specially Mr Rahul Singh and Kunal are very courteous, polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is good, well connected, very close to Taj. I would recommend this hotel to all & sundry if someone is visiting Agra.

To the wonderful team at ITC Mughal, Agra, We just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for making our experience so memorable. There were mild hiccups at the starting, however prompt response from front desk team and resident manager Mr. Chirag, made things so wonderful for the balance stay that our experience became exquisite none the less. Special thanks to Chef Inderpal – the food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish had so much love, flavor, and authenticity. My eight year old son is not comfortable with even mildly spicy food. Chef Inderpal made sure every meal he had was as per his taste and preferences. His efforts truly brought the spirit of fine dining to life on our plates. We are truly thankful for his special hospitality towards our family during each of our meals. Mr. Shaktik also was very considerate and guided the team to provide great services to us, every time. A special mention for Mr.Vikrant and Mr.Bhim. Thank you for your warmth and attention to detail. Your gracious service, friendly smiles, and genuine care made us feel like royalty. It’s rare to find service that’s so professional yet so personal. The warmth of the people at this property keeps bringing us back and this was our 6th visit at this beautiful resort in last 3 years. ITC Mughal is beautiful, but it’s people like these who make it unforgettable and add to the grandeur of thd overall experience. We’ll be recommending you to everyone and can’t wait to come back!
