We stayed there from 2nd April to 4th April along with 7 friends family. Property very nice.Manager Mr vinod pal and his staff are very nice and helpful. We took food and breakfast at their Resturant Pinch of salts....Resturant inside and serving staff is very good but the prices of all food items are very very high....so we avoided to take food there.

A Comfortable, Welcoming & Value-for-Money Stay at Priyanka Resort, Khajuraho I travelled to Khajuraho by train, and my driver was already waiting at the station to receive me—an effortless start to my stay. Priyanka Resort is about 7 km from the railway station, and upon arrival, I was greeted by a charming first impression: a large, lush green garden with vibrant bougainvillea blooming along the lawn. The peaceful setting immediately sets the tone for a relaxed stay. At the reception, the staff welcomed me warmly before escorting me to Room 205 on the first floor. The walk from the reception passes through a spacious courtyard, followed by a short flight of steps leading up to the rooms. Despite my camera bag being quite heavy, the staff cheerfully carried all my luggage without hesitation—a gesture I truly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with a large window overlooking the quiet residential neighbourhood behind the property. Within minutes, a staff member arrived to ask if I would like a cup of masala chai. It was exactly what I needed after my journey—served piping hot in a clean white ceramic cup and saucer. The room featured thoughtful amenities: • Two bottles of mineral water with glasses • A cupboard with hangers • A work desk and chair • Ample charging points • Bedside tables and a luggage rack The bathroom was spotless and stocked with basic toiletries such as neem soap, shampoo, hair oil, and fresh towels. The bed linen and pillow covers were crisp, clean, and comfortable. For dinner, the staff directed me to their restaurant “Pinch of Salt,” located on the main street just 60 metres from the resort building. The menu offers both Indian and continental options, and it’s a great choice for budget travellers, backpackers, or small groups looking for good food at reasonable prices. Additional Notes: • Parking: Free and plenty of space • Location: Only about 100 metres from the entrance to the Western Group of Temples—a major plus • Airport: Approximately 5 km • Railway Station: Approximately 7 km Overall: Priyanka Resort offers excellent value, warm hospitality, and a clean, peaceful environment—all in a prime location close to Khajuraho’s iconic temples. Highly recommended for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine service with a smile. Suggestion for Priyanka Resort: The only downside is the resort doesn’t have kitchen staff for breakfast which can be easily done. I have suggested to resort to provide simple breakfast like bread toast, butter, jam, paratha, curd, pickle, tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Very poor experience. No hot water was available. They take payment upfront and bail on services later. Their food is ridiculously expensive for the quality of the food. Rooms are average at best. Service is bad. Breakfast was provided at 10am.

Good value for money resort with clean and spacious rooms, located very close to the Western group of temples. Mr. Vinod and his staff is very attentive and friendly. They also have a good network of Govt approved guides to help you with your sightseeing experience!
