Comfortable rooms but unfortunately highly understaffed which led to slow service in the dining room. But they were friendly and no so one complained much. The entrance is a bit shady and could easily be missed. In terms of safety, a lot could be improved.
My stay at this hotel was extremely peaceful as I was staying there for three days doing work from home and it was amazing staying there. The room was neat and tidy. The food was amazing. Overall I will give 5 star
This place is an excellent choice for tourist who are travelling here for Haridwar and Rishikesh. The rooms are well furnished with all the facilities one could ask for. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioners are newly installed for all the rooms. Bathrooms are very clean and well maintained with great hot water supply. Their in-house restaurant has a variety of foods options and was delicious. Talking about the staff, Ms. Reena who manages this place was very professional. She personally made sure that we have a comfortable stay for our vacation. She can guide you well with all the local tourists spots and the best way and time to reach there. The staff who works there is very polite and courteous as well. They are the ones whom I would appreciate the most as they gave us an exceptional service at any hour. I would definitely recommend to stay at this place without a second thought! Cheers to the management and the staff! Thank you for your service!!
The food was absolutely amazing with great taste, fresh ingredients and a variety of delicious option. Every meal was well prepared and served with perfection under the supervision of head chef sunil. The service staff taran was excellent, very polite,cooperative, and always ready to help. The manager of the hotel mrs. Reena sharma well maintained the property . Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality and excellent food quality.
Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. We booked a room for 3 people at ₹3500, but the room was extremely small. It was so cramped that after placing an extra mattress, there was hardly any space left even to stand properly. The basic facilities were also not up to the mark. The WiFi was not working at all, and the AC was locked—you couldn’t even adjust the temperature. There was no proper drinking water available in the room. We ordered appetizers, but they were served half-cooked, which was very disappointing. Later, when we ordered proper food, the quality was again very poor. The rotis were so hard that they were almost impossible to eat. On top of that, at checkout, they made a billing mistake by adding food charges from a previous guest to our bill, which is completely unacceptable. Also, there was a power cut in the room at the last moment, making the overall experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. At this price, you can definitely find much better options elsewhere.
