The hotel is located on Sarojani Devi Road, approximately 3-4kms from Secunderabad railway station. Rooms are old and not so well maintained. There's two restaurants in the hotel. Food is really good. Breakfast spread was very good. You can have ala carte as well buffet. Services is just manageable. Overall a good experience.

Excellent mango buffet. Me and my family enjoyed it so much that the most fussy eater of out family group there also ate. Lol. Overall a wonderful experience. You guys should try it

Went for lunch buffet. Moderate prices. We liked rice items and dal rasam . Masala kulcha was good. Mix vegetables were tasty. Other vegetables need improvement. Sweets had too much sugar in it. Perhaps you get what you pay. Overall okay for the costs .

We booked both hotel rooms and banquet hall for marriage purposes and the entire event was a huge success mainly because of the extreme help from the hotel staff. Manish ji was incharge of the hotel rooms and he went above and beyond in making sure that the entire guest list was happy. Even the allotment of rooms were done in a way that bride and groom family stays together in two seperate floor so its comfortable for everyone involved and Dharam ji was incharge of the banquet hall and he also didn't leave any stones unturned and made the two day events, a memory to be remembered. Even the concierge, like Lacchiram, helped tremendously by handling and moving the luggages of all the guest without a single complaint. Breakfast in Dakshin Mandapam was unanimously praised by all of our guests and this not only includes the taste of food but also the super responsive services by the staff, even the ala carte place was of great quality! The lunch, dinner and snacks organised by the banquet was GREAT, specially marriage lunch which were praised by everyone. The best part of the menu is, unlike other places where you can either select two, three of four starters, main courses etc, Taj Tristar offers you a variety of fully customised options like having 6 starters and two main courses if you need. There is no fixed number of starters to go with fixed number of veggies, you can choose every single dishes as per your desire and requirements. Overall, we are very very happy with the entire experience and again we would again like to thank Manish ji and Dharam ji ,along with all the other hotel staff, who worked relentlessly and made our special day a trip to be remembered.
