We had a lovely stay at Treenz Hotel in Gangtok last week. The hospitality and service were genuinely good. The staff was always cooperative, the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. They also had good food options (we had breakfast and dinner). Though the hotel is a bit away from MG Marg (market place) they provide complimentary cab drops/pickups whenever available, which is a thoughtful and a very helpful gesture. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good experience in Gangtok.

I recently stayed at Treenz Hotel Ranka and honestly the experience was far better than expected. The hotel is located away from the crowded main market of Gangtok, which makes the atmosphere very peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and beautiful mountain views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, especially the valley view rooms which looked amazing during both sunrise and night time. The staff members were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with travel assistance, room service, and local guidance. One of the best parts of the property was the infinity pool and poolside sitting area which gave a premium resort-like feel. The food quality at the restaurant was also very good with decent variety in breakfast and dinner. The hotel feels luxurious without being overly expensive, making it a great option for couples, families, and even business stays. Although it is slightly away from MG Marg, the peaceful environment and scenic beauty completely make up for it. Overall, Treenz Hotel Ranka gives a comfortable, calm, and memorable stay experience in Gangtok and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain hotel with good hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Treenz Hotel for 4 nights. The food was really good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms were neat and clean, especially the bathrooms which were very well maintained. A special mention to Damuna and the staff – they took great care of us throughout our stay and made us feel comfortable. The service was warm and attentive. It’s definitely worth the money, and we felt it was a safe and secure place to stay. Highly recommended for families!
