Very disappointing experience The room service was extremely poor, and the toilet was waterlogged, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned unless we specifically asked for it. There was also no Wi-Fi available, despite it being an expected basic facility. Another major issue was that the hotel asked us to pay extra money beyond the amount shown on the booking app, which was very frustrating and unexpected. To make matters worse, the owners’ behaviour was quite rude and unprofessional. Overall, the service and hospitality were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

As a solo traveler, I had a great stay here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of the temple. Most importantly, I felt safe staying here as a solo female traveler. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay & Great Hospitality! Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ganga Sarovar Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Deoghar
