The pros of the hotel is location which is at walking distance of 2-3 mins both from MG marg and lal market. Special mention is the hospitality of Mr. Keshub and the cleanliness of the hotel. Mr. Keshub arranged our nathula pass trip at reasonable price without letting us take any hassle. Thank you to the entire team of Hotel Shangrila.

Hotel was clean, host is gentlemen, it's the best , no over hiped everything was made clear before entering arranged vehicle for tour too with rates comparatively very lower than other travel agents even I myself visited the taxi stand rate is almost equivalent, for a traveller with a group of 9 people, it was pleasent. For better rate for taxi (sharing basis)you can visit deorali and local taxi stand which I have avoided. Thankyou for the pleasent stay in Gangktok

Nice and peaceful hotel located just behind MG Marg. Restaurants are conveniently located beside the hotel. The owner was very friendly and cooperative. Cleanliness was maintained to perfection, and the services were excellent. The bathrooms were also excellent. We truly had a great time staying there.....

We stayed here for one night, room was small, simple and clean at reasonable price. Bedsheets were clean. Geyser was not working so we asked to change the room since rooms were not vacant he installed the new geyser. This is best service i have seen. All basic facilities like drinking water, kettle, geyser, towels, bedsheets and toiletries were there. Thanks for the wonderful stay ❤️
