Nice place but not friendly. They don’t mind about people. I told them I was about to stay two night and the second morning at 11a.m they told me that I have to leave at 12a.m because the hotel is « full ». Maybe calling me the day before to ask about it would be a good idea before giving my room to someone else. I definitely don’t recommend that place so

Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, with most major tourist attractions conveniently located nearby. The staff were courteous, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. One area that needs improvement is the washroom cleanliness, which could be maintained better. I would also like to suggest a more convenient billing system. Instead of collecting payments for every small order (for example, paying immediately for each bottle of water), it would be much better to add all charges to the room bill and settle the final amount at checkout. This would avoid multiple small transactions and provide a smoother, more convenient experience for guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with these small improvements, the guest experience would be even better.
