Our 9-day Leh–Ladakh trip for a group of 12 people was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and all the credit goes to Dorjay and his amazing team for planning and managing everything so perfectly. From the very beginning, Dorjay was extremely professional, responsive, and understanding of all our requirements. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, giving us enough time at every destination to truly explore, relax, enjoy the beauty of Ladakh, and acclimatize properly. We never felt rushed, and every day was balanced perfectly between travel, sightseeing, and rest. The hotels and stays arranged throughout the trip were excellent — clean, comfortable, scenic, and very welcoming. After long journeys through the mountains, every stay felt relaxing and hassle-free. The logistics were managed seamlessly, including permits, transfers, hotel coordination, and timing, which made the entire journey stress-free for our large group. A very special thanks to our three wonderful drivers — Namigal, Sheraf, and Wangdu. They were not just skilled and safe drivers on the difficult mountain roads, but also incredibly caring, patient, and supportive throughout the journey. Their local knowledge, friendly nature, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our overall experience. One thing that truly stood out was how dedicated they were to ensuring we stayed comfortable and on schedule. At a few restaurants where the staff was overwhelmed and food service was delayed, our drivers themselves stepped in to help cook and serve food so that our group wouldn’t get delayed. That level of care and commitment is something we will always remember. Dorjay also handled unexpected situations exceptionally well. When one member of our group had to return midway through the trip due to urgent reasons, he immediately arranged last-minute pickup and drop logistics without any hassle. He was always available, flexible, and quick to respond whenever we had concerns or needed itinerary adjustments, even on short notice. Traveling in Ladakh can be challenging because of weather, altitude, and remote locations, but Dorjay and his team made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We felt safe, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed throughout the trip. Highly recommended to anyone planning a Leh–Ladakh trip — especially for families and large groups.
