Nice stay with family...will definitely recommend.

Far inside the lane, taxi drivers dont agree or charge alot extra. Dont give towels even if you stay for more than a night. They dont clean beds and rooms. No mineral water. Just aqua guard water. No food facility or even simple tea facility. If you inform stay vista, ambrish from their team will tell you that he has stayed there and all is well. He will say he will call you back but wont. Then on every call he will prove you politically wrong. Dont go by whatever they say on call just read carefully whats written. They say meals included on call but on email something else is written. So avoid stay vista at all costs.

Very clean rooms and washrooms and very very nice host ,caretaker Bhim was also super proactive and helped us with our route plan from Siliguri and was very helpful our entire stay. This place is very near to multiple food joints and grocery shops and also few metres away from main roads in terms of accessibility to cabs and all. One headsup though if you are traveling with senior people having accessibility needs- this property is at 2nd floor and no lifts ...so keep this in mind while planning ...rest it's a beautiful property with warm hosts :)
