Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed booking through MakeMyTrip, but on arrival was told unmarried couples aren't allowed — a policy that was never mentioned anywhere during booking. When I raised this with the manager, he simply redirected me to MakeMyTrip customer support instead of taking any responsibility. MakeMyTrip support couldn't resolve it either. To make things worse, the booking was marked non-refundable, so I was denied both the room and my money — with zero accountability from hotel staff. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed no willingness to find a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused. If a hotel has restrictions like this, it should be clearly stated upfront at the time of booking. Basic transparency and decency in how a business is run seem to be missing here. Would not recommend, and would strongly suggest hotel management fix this communication gap before other guests face the same issue.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. I booked a room through the Agoda app, and my booking was confirmed. However, because I arrived late, the hotel gave my room to someone else. When I asked about it, the receptionist was extremely rude. I arrived at night with my 11-month-old baby, and the staff, including the receptionist or owner, showed no basic courtesy or professionalism in handling the situation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
