I booked double deluxe room for my family. The room was very dirty and the price was 4600/- per day which was not worth it. The have good car parking and it's in the centre point. But the washroom and the whole room in general was not clean, tiny insects and cockroaches were there which made it a terrible experience over all.

Very disappointing experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. We had a confirmed online booking, yet it felt as though guests who book online are treated differently from those who book directly with the hotel. We were given unexpected requirements that had never been mentioned during the booking process, and our concerns were not handled professionally. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the property. The room assigned to us was in an unacceptable condition. The toilet contained feces, there was dirt and dust throughout the room, visible stains on multiple surfaces, and the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Even basic items provided in the room were damaged, including a broken mug. When we raised these concerns, we were shown another room. Unfortunately, that room had a strong smoking smell, the toilet smelled of urine, and it was also not properly cleaned. The condition of both rooms suggested that housekeeping standards are extremely poor and that rooms are not being cleaned thoroughly between guests. We requested cleaning assistance more than once, but no one came to address the issue. Since other hotels in the area were fully booked, we had no choice but to stay in the room that was originally assigned to us. As two women travelers, we were looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Instead, we encountered poor service, lack of communication, and unacceptable hygiene standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property and strongly urge management to improve both housekeeping and customer service standards.
