We got a room where the view was of a construction site. We requested them to change our room but they didn't. We got better room for day 2 and 3. Food was good but on the 1st day it was not sufficient. Later on the services improved but after a lot complaints. They made thukpa for us which was delicious.

Our stay at The Grand Ladakh in Leh went great. We stayed here for three nights. The rooms are very spacious and amazing. We got great views of the mountains from the rooms. The rooms are well-insulated and kept us warm. Hotel staffs are very cordial and helpful. The food served here is also good, be that in quality or in taste.

Ladakh is a beautiful place but my stay was made even more memorable by the staff of this hotel who are very polite, kind and courteous. They are extremely professional yet very friendly. The hotel is located just a few metres from the main Leh market, which is very convenient. The food served here is excellent too. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.
