Omg! This hotel was a disaster. Let me start with one pro of this place and that is the location. Now coming to our stay, it was really bad. The hotel is somewhere in a galli, not main road so is kinda difficult to enter if you have a car. Our room’s window view was basically another house’s terrace and on that bunch of people, kids were playing, hanging out and PEEKING INTO OUR ROOM! They were giggling, and constantly near our window sitting and peeking. The bathroom smelled really bad and was dirty, the mirror glass was broken and i almost cut myself accidentally. We were gonna stay here for 3 days but decided to leave in a single day. If i were you, i wouldn’t waste my money here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in Amritsar. The bedrooms were dirty, and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I requested a change of bedsheets as they were stained—initially, they agreed, but after payment, no one followed up and the sheets were never changed. The staff was also quite rude throughout the stay. Don’t be misled by the 5-star ratings; they ask guests to rate them highly at check-in, which feels very dishonest. Overall, a terrible experience in such a beautiful city.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms, washroom, bedsheets, and blankets were not clean. The management even switched off the AC at midnight, claiming it’s only allowed until 4 a.m. Basic amenities like soap and towels were not provided. To make things worse, the caretaker demanded a ₹500 bribe because we checked out at 12 noon. Don’t be misled by its proximity to the Golden Temple, the quality and hospitality here are severely lacking.
