Very bad experience dirty room,no cold water for drinking in summer,hand wash like water very bad quality don't book this hotel

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. The room and washroom were shockingly dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained at all. The condition was completely different from the photos shown online during booking. The images advertised are clearly misleading and do not reflect reality. The worst part was the staff behavior. When I requested a clean and proper room similar to the one shared with me on WhatsApp, the receptionist responded with arrogance and rudeness instead of resolving the issue. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. Within just one hour of check-in, I had no choice but to check out due to the unacceptable conditions. Even then, the receptionist behaved disrespectfully and continued the rude attitude. This place lacks basic hygiene standards, honesty, and professional conduct. I strongly warn others not to waste their money here. Do not trust the online photos — what you see is not what you get.

My worst experience on this trip is to stay in this property. I booked this property from booking.com. when i called the manager or owner, I didn't know who he was, he said so many people book from booking.com but visits very less. If you have to confineneme but visits very less. If you have to will firm the room pay 1000 in advance.he said we will provide a balcony room to you. I pide nat when i reach varanasi i called him to said you can find that i in but he Gheck from there. After 2 hours of struggle i reached there. The staff is polite with us. They give us room(205) which is in very bad condition. Water was leaking from the roof and the bathroom. There were rats in the room and it stank. No balcony in the room. When i called the owner and told him this, he was very rude to me and said you have 2 options either to stay here or to leave from here. When i informed the staff about the roof they said mam it is only showing on the roof but it is fine. They said we don't have any other room left bit their other rooms are empty. The owner of that property owns 4 to 5 more properties in varanasi but he doesn't have basic etiqueties how to talk with people. its my suggestion to everyone don't book thet hotel.

I really did not like the room at all. It was extremely small, with no proper space even to keep luggage. The bathroom condition was the worst—very poorly maintained and unhygienic. Paying ₹3,500 per night for this was absolutely not worth it. Cleanliness was missing overall. Please upload real and honest photos on the listing so guests know what to expect. The only plus point is the location—the lane is very nice and great for exploring. However, after walking a lot and getting tired, I didn’t even feel like returning to the room because of its condition, especially the bathroom. What was most shocking is that there was a rat inside the room at night. Imagine traveling with bags and clothes—if a rat gets into the luggage or damages clothes, it can completely ruin the travel experience. If you are charging ₹3,500–4,000 per night, please renovate the bathroom, improve cleanliness standards, and ensure basic hygiene and safety for guests.
