Our recent visit to Tirupati Balaji led us to choose this accommodation primarily for its strategic location. It is conveniently situated just 1 km from the Tirumala Saptagiri Check Point and directly opposite an A2B establishment. The Sri Govinda Raja Swamy Temple is 3 km away, and the Sri Padmavati Amravati Temple is 5 km away. The room provided was clean and adequately sized. While we have previously stayed at other Pai properties in Mysore and Hubli, the rooms here were comparatively smaller. Nonetheless, it was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a coffee station and an Internet TV. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. Additionally, daily room cleaning services were provided. The reception service was exceptional; the staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency, completing the check-in process within five minutes. Parking options included both self-parking and valet service. The breakfast offered a pure vegetarian spread with a wide variety of choices. Room service was also available, featuring non-vegetarian options. The quality and taste of the food were consistent with those experienced at other Pai properties, which was excellent. We anticipate returning to this establishment for our future stays in Tirupati.

Rooms are nice but they have worn down over the years. Service is good, but a little.more polishing would help. The location is very convenient to start your trip for the lord's darshan. But it is a double edged sword....the road could get jam packed and you could end up stuck in traffic for some time.

Perfectly located and very well maintained, this property offers a comfortable stay. Valet parking is available, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, thanks to the courteous and supportive staff. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. We had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was delicious. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, all of which tasted great. The restaurant was also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate guests during peak hours. The only drawback was the bed size. It was smaller than a standard queen-size bed, making it a bit cramped for two adults and a child. A larger bed would have made the stay much more comfortable for families.
