I can't understand how tourist can stay in a hotel where roo heater and geyser is not functioning properly. There is frequent power cut in Tawang. Outside temperature is 3/4 degree centigrade. The hotel has back-up generator. But they are not using that during need. Excuse is shortage of fuel. How other hotels are providing the facility? Service is also very bad. There is no provision of room service of tea or coffee. No provision of electric kettle, no complimentary drinking water. We have take our luggage to our room. So before booking the hotel please check the services available. Not recommended for aged people.

Previously booked through a travel agent for 3 days, but 2 hrs before reach, hotel owner cancelled the booking over phone. On third day in Tawang they invite me to this hotel as their room was vacant. Just think how big of a scoundrel the owner of this hotel is. Anyone should think ten times before booking at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay for 3 days. The service was very good, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The owners and staff were extremely cooperative, humble, and welcoming. The food was also very good, and the rooms had heaters available, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Other than the property everything is quite bad. No service, no maintenance and total staff strength 3-4 only ! Very limited food options. Most of the time no power, no TV, no wifi and minimum backup! No room warming or bed warming in winter. Tawang is no more an odd place. Everything is available now. All alternate options are there. There are so many places available to stay in this price range also. We had to shift to another place. I just can't recommend at all for this place,
